Welcome to Diboll Jr. High School's Media Center POLICIES & PROCEDURES The Diboll Jr. High School Library Media Center is an integral part of the total curriculum and as such contributes to all of its goals and objectives. The library media center program links users with materials, services, resources and equipment in the most effective and efficient way possible and extends educational experiences. A well-organized collection of print and non-print materials and equipment is maintained for users to find, to evaluate and to use. Students may use circulation materials from the library for pleasure reading, classroom use, and research. Library books are checked out for a period of two weeks and may be renewed as needed. Please check the latest "date due" stamp at the back of library books to find out when books are due back at the library. Each student will be responsible for the condition and timely return of all library materials used and checked out. A fine of five cents per day is assessed for late material until the material is returned to the library.
